A study released at a Senate hearing today showed that "one out of every four ballots requested by military personnel and other Americans living overseas for the 2008 election may have gone uncounted." (Link to story here.)That's appalling, no matter the consequence. But it begs the question . . . who would win the U.S. Senate race in Minnesota if all the ballots were counted?
