Absence makes the readership grow fonder? Again?

Fortunately for the blogger, I still have a real job.  I also have a family and, believe it or not, I enjoy spending time with my family more than I enjoy blogging.  No comment about the job.

In any event, I've been too busy or too tired to write anything since last week.  I had planned on getting to this last night but the few minutes of President Obama's press conference that I caught lulled me to sleep.  I saw repeated boring delivery of long-winded nonsense.  Did my random sample give me a good sense of the whole?  Or was anyone awake long enough to know?
