Bill Lambrecht penned this piece for Monday's St. Louis Post-Dispatch on freshman GOP Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer. It paints Luetkemeyer as a true conservative, willing to stand up for what he believes in and vote against what he doesn't.It looks like voters in the 9th District elected the right guy.
